Corporate Social Responsibility refers to our responsibility toward our environment. Our existence is not lonely. It’s part of a bigger system of people, values, other organizations and nature. The social responsibility of a business is to give back to the world just as it gives to us. We have a deep commitment towards the welfare of our people as well as towards society at large.

Health, Safety and Labour standards: We recognises and accept our health and safety duties for providing a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees and other visitors to its premises as per the international standards and national law. We are committed to making a framework of policies and procedures to ensure fairness in the recruitment, training, development, retention, safety and other motivations to all employees and to provide a workplace environment where employees are recognized as the most valuable assets and are treated with dignity and consideration.

Sustainability and Environment: Relevant legislation and International Standards for mapping environmental impacts are complied with. In absence of relevant legislation, responsible practices for managing environmental impact are in place. Processes are in place to actively optimize the use of infinite resources such as energy, water and raw materials. Appropriate management, operational and technical control are in place to minimize the release of harmful emissions to the environment. Innovative developments in products and/or services that offer environmental and social benefits are supported.
