Sampling
At Kashvi Designs, sampling of garments is given great emphasis and the sampling department ensures a smooth pre-production process of western apparel for Women, Kids and Men. To start with, our well-trained team ensures that the client’s requirements are clearly understood. Later, the design and prototype process is done, ensuring minimal wastage and impeccable quality.
Our team of highly skilled pattern masters, operators and designers makes sure that the samples made for the client are satisfactory and of supreme quality. All in all, our efficient procedure demonstrates our excellence in garment production and quality craftsmanship.
Sourcing & Stocking
At Kashvi Designs, we use both Indian and imported materials and make sure that they meet our quality standards for apparel manufacture. We ensure specialized sourcing with our dedicated sourcing teams for each area including fabric, accessory and trims. These are purchased only from recognized manufactures and are thoroughly checked for quality, colour, printing, texture and finish to ensure uniformity of output. The further processes start only when the sourced material satisfactorily meets our demands and ticks all the right boxes.
Sublimation
Sublimation printing provides ease of customization to keep up with the latest trends in print. This is usually done on T-shirts. Our in-house plant of sublimation printing and heat transfer machine makes the process of imprinting a design on the garment fast and easy. This further adds to the quality assurance of the final product.
Cutting
Expert fabric cutting is the first and the utmost important step towards immaculate garment construction. Our highly experienced masters ensure that the fabric is cut in perfection, keeping in mind the silhouette and design of various garments for Women, Kids and Men.
Sewing
At Kashvi Designs, our latest and advanced machines ensure quality sewing once the cutting procedure is complete. Adhering to our quality standards, our manufacturing plants make use of only Juki and Pegasus machines for exceptional and quality manufacture.
Finishing & Packing
A full-fledged, modern and composite in-house plant of garment finishing helps us deliver faultless and quality-checked apparels to our clients. The finishing department ensures that the products are examined and reviewed a number of times. Our heavy duty washing plant, hydro extractor, stain removing machines and a host of other equipments are run by highly experienced staff to guarantee fine finishing of the final garments.
